1. When printing the “John 3” booklet use 8.5"x11" standard letter size paper.

2. Make sure your printer settings are set at  “100%” or “original size”, not “fit to page”.  

3. It also needs to be set to, Landscape, “print on both sides” and (flip on the short edge).

4. Fold in half vertically. No cutting is required. 

5. After folding it will need 2 staples at the spine, with an extra long stapler.
